- Double-layer sheath structure: The inner layer features blue EPR (ethylene propylene rubber) insulation, while the outer layer consists of a black CPE (chlorinated polyethylene) rubber sheath. This combination provides superior water resistance, oil resistance, and mechanical stress resistance compared to traditional cables.
- High Electrical Performance: Rated voltage of 0.6/1 kV, suitable for medium- and low-voltage power transmission in applications such as submersible pumps.
- Weather and Temperature Resistance: The conductor can operate at temperatures up to 90°C and can be submerged in water at temperatures up to 40°C for extended periods.
- Highly Flexible Conductor: Features finely stranded copper conductors (Class 5) with excellent flexibility, facilitating installation in confined or complex spaces.
- Environmental Adaptability: Specifically designed for harsh environments, particularly suitable for oily and contaminated wastewater conditions in sewage treatment plants, and VDE certified.
