Aluminum-Copper Composite Conductor Structure: The cable features a hybrid design consisting of an “aluminum main conductor + copper signal conductor.” The main conductor is made of aluminum (available in sizes from 16 mm² to 35 mm², including solid, stranded, or fan-shaped configurations), which significantly reduces material costs and cable weight, making it suitable for long-distance installations.
Weather Resistance and Electrical Safety: The insulation material is UV-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), which offers excellent electrical insulation properties and heat resistance, effectively resisting long-term aging caused by sun exposure and rain.
Flexible Sheath Material Options:
ARLC (Standard Version): Features black PVC with basic oil resistance, weather resistance, and UV resistance, suitable for general outdoor environments.
ARLC-PLUS (Enhanced Version): Features halogen-free, flame-retardant material with low-smoke, non-toxic, and eco-friendly properties in the event of a fire, making it more suitable for tunnels, underground utility tunnels, or densely populated areas.
