AHXAMK-WP Cable Application

• Wind Farms: Designed specifically to meet the requirements of 36 kV wind farms. With its exceptional water resistance and cold tolerance, it is ideally suited for outdoor and direct-burial environments in wind farms.
• Direct Burial and Humid Environments: The cable features dual longitudinal and radial water resistance, allowing for direct burial in soil (or installation via plowing), making it particularly suitable for environments with chronically damp soil or exposure to fresh water.
• Industrial and Infrastructure: In addition to power generation and distribution, these cables are also well-suited for industrial applications, plant power supply, and public transportation infrastructure projects such as the electrification of rail and subway lines.

AHXAMK-WP Cable Feature

• Longitudinal Water Protection: Water-swelling water-blocking materials or water-blocking tapes are used inside the conductor and outside the insulation layer to effectively prevent moisture from penetrating along the length of the cable.
• Radial Water Protection: The metal shielding layer is made of an aluminum/plastic composite material. This layer not only provides shielding but also serves as a robust radial water barrier, preventing moisture from radially penetrating the cable from the outside.
• Operating Temperature: Once permanently installed, the cable can operate normally over the long term in environments ranging from -50°C to +90°C.
• Short-Circuit Resistance: During a short circuit lasting no more than 5 seconds, the conductor can withstand temperatures up to 250°C.
