- High Current-Carrying Capacity and Heat Resistance: The cable uses cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) as its primary insulation, allowing the conductor to operate continuously at 90°C under normal conditions and withstand temperatures up to 250°C during a short circuit (lasting up to 5 seconds), ensuring excellent current-carrying capacity and overload resistance.
- Stringent Electrical Testing Standards: Designed in accordance with the IEC 60502-2 standard, this cable must pass a 12.5 kV AC withstand voltage test (lasting 5 minutes) and meet a partial discharge requirement of ≤5 pC at a voltage of 1.73 U₀, ensuring the purity of the insulation system and long-term operational safety.
- Suitable for a variety of installation methods: Its robust aluminum wire armor provides strong mechanical protection, allowing it to easily withstand direct burial, conduit, cable trenches, cable trays, and other installation methods, effectively resisting lateral pressure and mechanical impact.
- Adaptable to a wide range of climates and environments: The cable is designed for use in both dry and humid environments. By selecting polyethylene (PE) for both the inner and outer sheaths, its waterproofing, moisture resistance, and weather resistance are significantly enhanced, making it particularly suitable for outdoor or direct-burial applications.
