• Advanced Conductor: Features a round, tightly stranded annealed copper conductor (Class 2). This structure results in a smoother conductor surface, effectively improves electric field distribution, and reduces the conductor’s outer diameter.
• Reliable Shielding System: Both the conductor shielding and insulation shielding utilize semiconductive cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) material. It forms an integrated structure with the main insulation layer, effectively uniforming the electric field and preventing partial discharge.
• High-Efficiency Metal Shielding: The metal shielding layer typically consists of a combination of copper wire winding and a reverse-wrapped copper tape. This design combines the excellent short-circuit current carrying capacity of copper wire with the superior electromagnetic shielding and securing properties of copper tape, striking a balance between performance and reliability.
