Excellent Heat Resistance: Featuring cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, the conductor has a maximum continuous operating temperature of 90°C and can withstand temperatures up to 250°C during a short circuit (for up to 5 seconds).
Reliable Electrical Performance: Finished cables must pass a 6.5 kV AC withstand voltage test for 5 minutes to ensure the reliability of the insulation.
Non-hygroscopic Filling: Gaps between the conductors are filled with non-hygroscopic materials such as polypropylene (PP), which effectively prevents moisture from penetrating along the length of the cable and keeps the interior dry.
