- Halogen-free, flame-retardant, low-smoke, and non-toxic: In the event of a fire, the jacket material does not release highly toxic or corrosive gases such as hydrogen halides, significantly reducing the risk of injury or death and protecting expensive electronic equipment.
- Excellent Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC): The cable’s copper braided shield effectively reduces electromagnetic interference, ensuring the cable does not affect nearby precision navigation, communication, and control systems (such as radar and radio), while also protecting internal signals from external interference.
- Excellent Current-Carrying and Temperature Resistance: EPR insulation offers stable performance, allowing the conductor to reach 85°C during normal operation and withstand instantaneous temperatures of up to 250°C during short-circuit conditions (for up to 5 seconds).
- Flexible Installation Capabilities: The cable’s minimum bending radius is typically 4 to 6 times the cable’s outer diameter (D). Additionally, its minimum installation temperature is -10°C, making it suitable for shipbuilding environments across different seasons and regions.
