Superior signal integrity: The combination of single-pair shielding (aluminum foil PET tape) and an overall tinned copper braided shield effectively mitigates electromagnetic interference (EMI) from nearby power cables and onboard equipment.
Enhanced Mechanical Protection: The tinned copper braided armor provides robust mechanical protection against physical impact, crushing, and abrasion, making it suitable for installation in cable trays and exposed areas.
High fire safety: The flame-retardant, halogen-free polyolefin (LSZH) outer sheath is critical for marine applications. This sheath is flame-retardant (IEC 60332-3-22 Class A), has extremely low smoke emission (IEC 61034-2), and does not release toxic halogen gases in the event of a fire (IEC 60754-1/2), which is vital for protecting personnel and equipment on board.
Robust environmental durability: The cable features UV resistance and withstands a wide temperature range (conductor temperature range: -40°C to +90°C), while the tinned copper braided layer offers excellent corrosion resistance in salt spray and humid marine environments.
