26/45(52) kV AXLJ-TTCL TSLF Cable Feature
- Excellent Water Resistance: The “TTCL” structure provides both radial water resistance (via the aluminum-plastic composite tape sheath) and longitudinal water resistance (via water-blocking materials in the conductor and shielding layers), effectively withstanding conditions such as damp soil, high groundwater levels, or accidental cable submersion.
- Weather and UV Resistance: The black PE outer sheath offers excellent UV resistance, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use without the need for additional protection.
- Sheath Test Capability: The outer sheath features a semiconductive layer (TSLF property), allowing for high-voltage integrity testing of the sheath after installation but before backfilling. This enables the timely detection of construction-related damage and helps prevent future failures.
- Installation Flexibility: A wide operating temperature range (up to 90°C for the conductor and 250°C during short circuits) and a relatively small bending radius (10 times the cable outer diameter for fixed installation and 15 times for pull installation) allow for flexible installation methods.
