- High-Efficiency Metal Shielding: The copper tape shield (CE) is key. Not only does it effectively equalize electric fields and reduce external electromagnetic interference, but more importantly, in the event of a short circuit in the system, it serves as a reliable path for fault current, safely diverting the current to the grounding system. This is a critical line of defense for ensuring the safety of both the cable itself and the system.
- Low-Loss Design: The three-core structure allows the three-phase currents to cancel each other out during operation. Compared to single-core cables, this significantly reduces eddy current losses generated in the magnetic steel wire armor, resulting in more economical operation.
- Multiple Protective Layers: From the inside out, the conductor shield, insulation shield, inner lining, armor, and outer jacket form a robust, integrated structure. The outer PVC jacket provides basic protection against UV radiation, chemicals, and moisture.
