• Structural Stability: The cable core is filled with polypropylene (PP), a non-hygroscopic material, and reinforced with polyester or spunbond tape, ensuring the cable maintains a round, stable shape, preventing moisture intrusion, and guaranteeing long-term electrical performance.
• High Heat Resistance: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation is used, allowing the conductor to operate at a maximum long-term temperature of 90°C and withstand temperatures up to 250°C during short circuits (for up to 5 seconds). This provides the cable with strong overload capacity.
• High Current Carrying Capacity: Thanks to the excellent heat resistance and electrical properties of XLPE insulation, this cable can carry a higher current than PVC-insulated cables with the same conductor cross-sectional area.
