ETFE RT Cable Application
- Aerospace: This is one of the most classic application areas for ETFE cables. It is widely used in aircraft fuselages and avionics due to its lightweight, flame-retardant, fuel-resistant, and reliable properties.
- Industrial Automation and Control: In chemical plants, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, processing workshops, and similar environments, it is used for instrumentation, process control, and motor connections, resisting oil contamination, chemicals, and high temperatures.

- Wide Temperature Range: It operates stably across an exceptionally broad temperature spectrum, typically withstanding lows down to -90°C and highs ranging from +135°C to +200°C.
- Chemical Resistance: Exhibits outstanding resistance to fuels, solvents, lubricants, and various acids/alkalis, making it ideal for oily environments like chemical plants or aircraft.
- Superior electrical properties: As an insulating material, ETFE offers excellent electrical insulation characteristics with minimal frequency-dependent dielectric properties, ensuring high-frequency signal integrity.
- Lightweight and flame-retardant: ETFE’s relatively low density contributes to reduced cable weight, while its inherent flame-retardant and self-extinguishing properties enhance safety.
