• Advantages of PUR Sheathing: Compared to traditional neoprene sheathing, PUR sheathing is thinner and lighter, with a typical reduction in outer diameter of 12–20% and a weight reduction of 18–28%, while offering significantly better abrasion resistance than rubber materials.
• Torsion Resistance: A high-strength synthetic fiber braided mesh (torsion-resistant reinforcement layer) is embedded between the two layers of the jacket, effectively preventing the cable from twisting into a spiral shape during repeated winding.
• Weather Resistance: Resistant to oil, UV rays, ozone, and moisture, making it suitable for harsh outdoor environments such as ports and mines.
