Cable Assembly:	Individual pairs and communication wire are cabled together with a left- hand lay

CCW Armor:	Impervious, continuously welded and corrugated aluminum alloy sheath per UL 1569

CCW Armored Thermocouple Cable Application

Hazardous and Harsh Environments: Applications include oil, gas, petrochemical, and offshore drilling platforms, and are particularly suitable for fixed or floating offshore oil facilities.
Physical Impact and Burial: CCW aluminum armor provides exceptional crush and impact resistance, allowing the cable to be installed in open trays, overhead, or directly buried without the need for additional metal conduit.

CCW Armored Thermocouple Cable Feature

Physical Protection: The corrugated aluminum armor provides resistance to crushing, impact, and animal gnawing, while maintaining greater flexibility than steel-armored cables.
Environmental Protection: The CCW armor forms a continuous, sealed barrier that prevents moisture, oil, gas, and chemicals from entering the interior, ensuring stable signal transmission.
Electrical Performance: It combines the grounding conductivity of metal armor with electromagnetic shielding effectiveness, meeting NEC standards without the need for a separate ground wire.
